Domestic Shipments in US
We provide our customers with a low-cost, flat rate shipping price of $3.75 for all items and free shipping on orders over $75. Our shipping department is an awesome, dedicated team! They process orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. They are committed to do everything they can to process your order the same day so you can enjoy your purchase. Your order should arrive easily with 3 – 5 days after shipping. If you are purchasing on a weekend or after 1:00pm on Friday, please allow an extra 2 days before we can process your order.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder. This is especially important because we will be sending your shipment notification to the same email address.
At this time we only ship to the United States. We hope to expand in the near future so be sure to follow our social media pages and sign up for our mailing list!

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, we are sorry and hope you will continue as a valued customer. This also means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a happy Carriage House Lavender customer. As such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
What will we take back as a return? Simple, anything that is damaged, or if the wrong product arrives.
In the event you are not happy with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you please print and fill out our return form - Carriage House Lavender Return Form (PDF) - and include it with your return so we can learn how to make your experience better!
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Carriage House Lavender pass to you upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.
